Our gym programs all require a testing week when you sign up. During the testing week we will have you go through a series of max lifts so we can guide your progress properly throughout the programming. Once you have performed a max, you will need to record the max. 


1. Click on the profile tab on the bottom right of your app. 

2. Click "Track Maxes" 


3. Click "ADD NEW"


4. Enter your new maxes

5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and hit "SAVE"


You're all set. The next time you perform exercises that you've entered maxes for, those exerciseswill auto-populate with recommended weights. 


Our programs are based on your 1RM, but the most important ones to test or at least have a ballpark number are : squat, barbell bench press, overhead press, incline bench press, and deadlift.
